Wellness 10

Description:

Wellness 10 meets the physical education requirement for graduation. This class gives students the chance to think about their own well-being and to engage in activities that support healthy living. All elements of well-being will be considered: physical, psychological, social, spiritual and environmental. The goal of this class is to give students a greater sense of the role well-being plays in their lives and the motivation and tools to continue to make well-being a priority.
